He completed the work in 3 days, and so far we don’t have any signs of damp. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and I’m very happy with the work. There was also a few extra jobs outside the house which Paul did as part of the job, even though he didn’t have to.
The only minor thing I would say is that communication is a bit brief, but that had no reflection on the quality of the work carried out.

I left for work with an incredibly uneven, cracking, poor attempt at damp proofing my kitchen. I returned to find Paul had already left… and the kitchen walls… well, wow, wow, wow.

Wall damp/condensation problem
