Supervisor

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to lead a team of Damp Proofers. The ideal candidate should possess experience in damp proofing and a proven track record of supervising multiple teams of operatives. This role will involve visiting various sites throughout London.

Duties

•  Supervise 3-4 teams of Damp Proofers
• Maintain high standards in damp proofing and plastering as necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in damp proofing or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in plastering is required

Requirements

• Previous experience in damp proofing and timber preservation is preferred
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and diagnostic techniques
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information to customers
• Proven ability to work independently, effectively manage your workload, and meet deadlines
• A valid driving license is required
