We’re looking for a Damp & Timber Surveyor to conduct property surveys, diagnose issues such as rising damp and dry rot, and produce detailed reports with recommended actions. You’ll work with clients to ensure compliance with building regulations, so experience in damp proofing, timber preservation, and building construction is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a valid driving licence. We are seeking a rising damp technician or a team to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation work for rising damp and waterproofing treatments. Responsibilities include applying suitable protection to work areas, removing defective render or plaster back to brick, bagging debris for disposal, and injecting a new chemical damp proof course. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
